All of our experiences matter, so if you're feeling really low or unappreciated or unhappy or you feel like you're always fighting against your circumstances...have a little faith that from our negative experiences, we gain a SERIOUS appreciation and gratitude for the things that bring us joy. I want to encourage you to count a couple of your blessings this week. Focus on what's going right and if you can't think of anything, then start manifesting and believing that things have the potential to go right for you. Get a piece of paper, a candle and do a little Intention for Joy in your life! Light the candle, write a few things you're grateful for, add a few things that you're hopeful for, and put some positive vibrations into the world around you.
